The basics

Write your business name exactly as you want customers to see it. Using one name everywhere is the first thing AI tools need.

Your name

Business name

What you do (e.g. sheep shearing, plumbing)

Main town or city

Email

Mobile number

Website (if you have one)

Google Business Profile?

Other towns you serve (one per line)

What you sell

Customers and AI tools both look for clear services and prices. Writing them down often surfaces something you've been undercharging for.

Your top 3 services

Typical price or starting price

Minimum job or call-out

Who is your favourite kind of customer, and why?

The questions you answer every week

These become the answers AI tools quote. If customers ask it, someone is asking ChatGPT too.

The 5 questions customers ask you most (one per line; add your answer after a dash if you like)

How work comes in

This tells us where jobs are slipping away, and gives us the before numbers so you can see the difference later.

Calls you miss in a typical week

How do you follow up on quotes?

How do customers book you?

How many people work in the business?

What's your biggest papercut? (the small task you or your team dread every week)

Your story and where you're headed

Real experience is what AI tools look for before recommending someone. Your story is also what customers remember.

How did you get started, and what are you proud of?

Where does your business already show up? (Facebook page, associations, directories, news stories)

What would make next year great?

Within 2 business days: your AI Visibility results by email, with the businesses named instead of you and three fixes.
If you picked a plan: a secure payment link and a short setup checklist (Google verification and call forwarding take you about 10 minutes).
About 7 days later: everything is live, and you'll get a one-page results report every month after that.
